Let me introduce myself.

Hello! I’m Emilie Williams. My name is pronounced Emma-lie, but you can just call me Em.

I live on the Darling Downs in Queensland. I’m a proud mum of three, including twins. My husband runs his own building business, so together we know a thing or two about juggling busy lives.

I became interested in business early on. Seeing my parents run their own ventures showed me what’s possible when you believe in yourself. That experience inspired me to earn a Bachelor of Business in Marketing.

For the past 13 years, I’ve worked in financial services and agriculture, including with one of Queensland’s largest family-owned agricultural businesses. That experience taught me what makes a business strong and sustainable, and why it’s important to keep your marketing true to your values, even when things change. I’ve also worked in administration, accounts, quality assurance, and marketing management. These roles have helped me learn how to turn chaos into something clear and practical.

I chose this name because my goal is to help you cut through the clutter and focus on what really works.

I’m not here to tidy your desk. I’m here to help you build a brand that feels consistent and true to you, no matter where people find you.

I started Simply Organised to help small businesses share their story and stand out, without feeling overwhelmed. My goal is simple: make branding and marketing manageable, so you can focus on what you love.
